Recognising Official Communication
How to tell a genuine message from us apart from anything else, and what we will never ask for.
Use official channels only
Every stage of your journey with us happens through official email or WhatsApp channels that are set up as part of your case. If you receive a message claiming to be from us through any other channel, treat it with caution and verify it before acting on it.
- We will never ask you to make a payment through an unfamiliar or informal channel
- We will never ask for banking passwords, one-time codes, or full card details by message
- We will never guarantee a job or visa outcome as part of routine communication
- Genuine requests for documents or payment always come with clear context about your specific case
If something feels off
If a message asks you to act urgently, bypass a usual step, or send money in a way that doesn't match what you've been told before, pause and verify it directly with our team through a channel you already trust — such as replying to a previous official email — before doing anything else.
