The assessment stage
Our assessment is designed to understand your background, experience, and the type of UK role you're interested in. It's a structured review, not a test with a pass mark — the goal is an honest picture of your suitability so we can review eligibility properly before any further steps.
Answer as accurately and completely as you can. Vague or incomplete answers can slow down your review, since our team may need to follow up for missing detail.
If you're invited to interview
Being matched to a role means an employer wants to speak with you directly — it is not a guarantee of the outcome. Treat it as a genuine two-way conversation: the employer is assessing fit, and you should be assessing whether the role suits you too.
- Review the role details and your own application before the interview
- Prepare specific examples from your experience rather than general statements
- Have your key documents accessible in case the employer has questions
- Ask questions — a good interview goes both ways
